Together with our incredible customers, we helped Wellth members live healthier lives in 2023. Learn how we transformed our members’ lives and helped our customers save costs and improve quality scores as a result.

The HCA partnership with Wellth set out to support members with behavioral health conditions and chronic health conditions in better managing both—and it succeeded. With the app and an empathy-driven support team, members successfully managed their two or more comorbid conditions.

With the help of Wellth, Trisha’s health has improved such that the number of prescribed medications she is required to take each day has been cut in half. She is now taking great strides in both her mental and physical health journey.

Barbara knew that she should be concerned about long-term health problems because she did not take her well-being seriously. She felt very grateful to the Wellth Rewards Team for helping her take the first step in her health journey when she started her program.

Before Wellth, Arianna found herself struggling with constant asthma attacks, and even felt embarrassed about how difficult it was to perform everyday activities. Since participating in her program, she now feels like she is in control and notices her health improving each week.

Meet Rosemary, a Wellth Member who brought her family closer together by participating in Wellth Rewards. Rosemary was born in Guatemala, and has 3 beautiful children. Her oldest, Anna, is 17 years old, Jessica is 8 years old and Magdaly is 5 years old. Rosemary, her husband, and children live in Trenton, NJ. Her parents and two sisters live in Guatemala.

Meet Carlixta, she moved to the US from the Dominan Republic. She is approaching 57 years old and is happily married with one daughter. Carlixta enjoys keeping her body and brain active by walking and knitting for her friends and family. After Wellth, not only does she take her medication regularly but she has started eating better as well; one good habit forming another.

Meet Maria, a Wellth Member who found comfort in her Wellth routines during difficult times. Having a busy schedule made it hard to stay consistent with her medication. With Wellth, she was able to establish a daily routine and finally get her health back on track.

Meet Carolina from California. Carolina shared her amazing journey to health, during which she learned to manage her medications with the help of Wellth. She and her doctor were able to reduce her medication dosage due to the improvements in her health.

Meet Christine. She loves her dogs and enjoys making blankets for her family. Medication is an important part of her life and she has enjoyed talking to the Wellth team, who understands just how important it is. Being a former caregiver, she is glad to find people like those at Wellth who care about people as much as she does.

With Wellth, Steven was able to develop and stick to a regular routine without needing any other reminders. One of his favorite aspects of the program was the support he received from the Wellth team, giving him a sense of community and connection during this particularly challenging time.

Meet our amazing Wellth member, Greg. He’s been on medication for his heart for a long time and would have trouble remembering to take it every day. With Wellth, Greg was able to find the support needed to take his medications consistently and take better care of himself.
