Geoff McHugh

Geoff McHugh is Evolent’s chief customer officer. He oversees the firm’s health partnerships to ensure we are creating sustainable, customer-centric and growing relationships across our market footprint. Prior to his current role, Geoff was chief growth officer at Evolent-owned New Century Health, focused on solutions for oncology and cardiology. 

Before joining Evolent, Geoff was chief commercial officer at Docent Health, a leading provider of health care consumer engagement and patient navigation solutions. Previously, he spent 15 years at the Advisory Board Company, serving as managing principal and helping lead the firm’s San Francisco office. Geoff currently serves on the board of Operation Access, a network of volunteers who provide specialty care services to those most in need across the Bay Area.
